Pompeii

Following the news and indications that came from historical sources, in 2011 in the archaeological site of the city of Pompeii, experts finally found the long-sought-after path of the perfumers: Via degli Augustali connects Via Stabiana with Via del Foro. Along this road, 3 workshops were found, indicated with the numbers 26, 27 and 28, where perfumes were produced and whose first phase of life dates back to the 2nd century B.C.
